  • 02- 30
  • Duration 16 days

Introduction

Manaslu Circuit Trek is the most demanding and less crowded trek in the Himalayas. The trek takes to the lap of the eighth highest peak in the world, i.e. Manaslu (8,156 m). The region lies inside Manaslu Conservation Area, which conserves natural resources, cultural heritage, and wildlife.

Throughout the journey, the stunning views of more than ten snow-capped peaks above 6,500 meters can be seen. The gentle walk along the bank of the Budhi Gandaki River to the challenging rocky path at Larkya La Pass (5,160 m) will be an unforgettable adventure for trekkers about the mountain path.

It will be a glorious experience for adventure lovers. You will find local settlements of Gurung, Sherpas, Magar, and Rai people along the way. They have specific cultural activities and Tibetan lifestyles. A trek to the Manaslu region provides an opportunity to observe the beautiful way of mountain farming.

Manaslu Circuit Trek Difficulty:

Manaslu Circuit Trek is moderately difficult as compared to other trekking regions. The trekking route has to cross high-altitude hills and Larkya La Pass. The trekking route takes you to the maximum altitude of 5,160 meters at Larkya La Pass. The thrilling route experiences high-blowing wind and rocky paths.

This trekking will be a perfect choice if you have a good physical condition and mentality to climb the mountain.

Which is the best season to trek Manaslu Region?

The best season to trek the Manaslu region is February- May and September- November. Trekking in summer will not be as helpful as rainfall in this season.

In monsoon, the path becomes slippery, and the atmosphere will not favor trekking the high Himalayas. But, our team manages all over the year upon customer’s demand.
