Introduction

Mount Kailash Tour is an ultimate spiritual journey for many sects of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jains and Bon follower and has been an adventurous tour for enthusiastic travelers. Tibetan believes it as The Precious Jewel of Snow (Khang Rimpoche) and they regard Mount Kailash as the navel of the world. Mount Kailash’s glaciated stream pours into the nearby lake from where the river continues into the four prime directions. This exotic tour in Tibet takes you to mythical Mount Kailash (6,714 m) and Lake Mansarovar. For the religious pilgrim, a tour to Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar is an ultimate achievement of their spiritual pursuit. And for adventure-lovers, visiting Mount Kailash presents extreme remoteness, solitude, pure beauty and adventure of a lifetime.

Mount Kailash is widely famous in the Asian region that lies in the far west of Tibet. It is considered as the sacred mountain in Hindus, Buddhists and the religions spread over India, Nepal, and Tibet. The beauty of the mountain is accompanied by the emerald-green serene Manasarovar Lake, which lies 30km away from the Mt. Kailash. The mountain is the origin of Nepal’s longest river the Karnali and other famous rivers of India like the Indus, the Sutlej, and the Brahmaputra. These rivers make the way through great Tibetan Plateau. The Mt. Kailash and the Manasarovar Lake are important pilgrimage sites for Tibetan and Indian pilgrims. The pilgrims attempt a 53km circular path around it, which is known as Kora, of the Mt. Kailash. The altitude of the mountain is 6714 m with the snowcapped vertical landscape. Even the Manasarovar Lake having its circular distance of approximately 90km is attempted by Indian and Tibetan pilgrims regarding it as formed in the mind of Brahma—the unified force field of energy—according to the Hindus and Buddhists mythology.

This focused tour is specially meant for the Hinduism followers or the like-minded spiritual travelers with a busy schedule. The tour begins in Lhasa where you will visit major tourist attractions of Tibet such as Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor streets. Soon afterward, you will travel southwest across the vast Tibetan Plateau and reach the Ngari area. You will spend lots of time on the bank of Lake Manasarovar for the parikrama and then embark on your spiritual circuit around Mt. Kailash. We wish you an unforgettable diving experience.

When your parents want to take you to mount Kailash you think why am I going to a yatra at such a young age!! But to go to these places we gotta be young because we need all the energy we can muster!! We went on this trip via Nepal… We made it a road trip from Nepal to kailash.. We went through this agency called a trip to temples… Excellent organization of the trip… We had the most fun on this trip and the trek.. The only disadvantage is that there are no washrooms anywhere along the trek route.. Other than that the trek was amazing.. I would suggest if you plan on going there keep the age to your advantage.. The younger you are the better it is!!!
