Ranjita Silwal, the Founder and CEO of Attractive Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. She born and grow up at remote mountains village of Dhading, Nepal. Now a successful entrepreneur and a very active social worker contributing to the welfare of the society and Poor Chepang (marginalize peoples) village.  Mrs. Silwal comes from an enthusiastic and dynamic nature since her childhood. She began his career as a teacher at the age of 19. Raised in the mountains of Dhading, she had developed a love of mountains and nature early on and teaching students along the well paths came easy.  After spending few years as a teacher she get married with tourism entrepreneur and she start to work as office Manager in reputed Tour and Trekking Company . Now she gains her confidence level, she established her own tour and trekking company ‘Attractive Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd.’ in 2014 AD, coordinate with her own family members’ bold, experience and expert team.

Mrs. Silwal completed her schooling from Jaya Bageswori Higher Secondary School, Malekhu, Dhading, after which she completed her Master Degree in Education, Nepali literature, culture and history from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu.  Previous office she was awarded Employee of the Year in 2013.

When our valuable clients steep on country of Mt. Everest Nepal, she meet up with all clients and organize pre-tour, post-tour, pre-trek and post-trek orientations, solve any problems if they have any and take care of operations of her company.

During her free time, she loves reading novels, newspapers and magazines, listening to music etc. She is also an avid nature and culture lover. She loves traveling and getting acquainted with new people. Mrs. Silwal is also the Founder member of AHRD Nepal, an NGO working in the upliftment of rural communities (especially in the field of education, awareness, health and orphans specially Chepang Village in Jogimara, Dhading District, Nepal.

Mr. Dulal was born in Terathum District(Eastern region of Nepal). He Came to Capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu for university study. He has begun his tourism career in 2012 as an office worker as well as a student. Then he became a Manager of the Leading Tourist Hotel in Nepal. He completed his Master Degree in Education from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Now he is tour operator as well tour guide in Attractive Travels and Tours. He has gained more knowledge for responsible tourism and operates tour by using his update knowledge for the present wants and willingness of tourist as a young tourism operator in Nepal. He is specialized in Cultural, historical and UNESCO tour guide with Attractive Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd., Nepal team since 2017 after his tour guide diploma training from NATHAM (Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management) College, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Prakash Aryal was born in Dhading district. (Central region of Nepal) He came to the Capital city of Kathmandu for the higher studies. He began his tourism career in 2007 as an office assistant while continuing his further studies. Then he became assistant tour and ticketing Officer and Manager of the Leading Travel and Trekking Company in Nepal.

He completed his Master Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Mr. Aryal has a deep interest in Nepalese culture, history and religion and his goal has always been to share this knowledge as a tour guide. He has a tour guide diploma from NATHAM (Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management ) College, and continues to self-study, motivated by his wish to provide the best possible service to his clients. He has enthusiastically guided groups through many of the major religious, historical and adventure sites in Nepal. Examples are Bhaktapur, Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Patan, and Boudhanath in Kathmandu, Lumbini, Palpa, Bandipur, Chitwan and Pokhara. Now he is best tour guide in Attractive Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. He has gained knowledge for responsible tourism and operates tour and trekking by using his update knowledge for the present wants and willingness of tourist as a young tourist guide as well operator in Nepal. He is specialized as export tourist guide in Attractive Travels and Tours Pvt. He has authorized trek and tour guide license from NATHAM (Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management) College, Kathmandu, Nepal. He is an honest, well English spoken, experienced and professional trek and tour guide. He has worked with our team since last 3 years. He speaks very good English and little bit of Chinese language also. He has been many popular destination of Nepal, especially mountain region of Annapurna, Manaslu, Mustang, Langtang and Everest region.
